Join us for a FREE movement and mindfulness series designed for all fitness levels and experiences!
Whether movement and exercise are already part of your routine or you are just getting started, this series meets you where you are.
Week 1 (05/17): Creative Move & Flow
We’ll approach movement with curiosity, exploring how moving our bodies can uplift the mind, body, and soul to cultivate creativity.
Week 2 (05/24): Wake Up with Self-Care
We’ll center the practice of taking care of ourselves, exploring what it looks and feels like to move in ways that restore and replenish.
Week 3 (05/31): Rise & Vibe
We’ll turn the energy outward, focusing on showing up for one another and building community through shared movement.
Dates: 05/17, 05/24, and 05/31
Time: 10:30 - 11:30 am (class) & 11:30 - 11:45 am (hang out with light refreshments)
