Our Work

Healing Arts Reimagined was thrilled to partner with The Color Collaborative on their Imagined Worlds mural initiative. Together, we created spaces that celebrated joy, belonging, and connection.

Co-creating experiences that honored community wisdom, uplifted local voices, and fostered collective healing was at the heart of the work.

We invite you to read our Substack article below that shares the beautiful outcomes of this work. This reflection begins with a simple idea: sometimes public health begins with a walk.

With gratitude to everyone who shared their art, experiences, and what mattered most to them, and to all of the collaborators and sponsors who helped make this work possible.

If you’re interested in public health, community engagement, art, or simply noticing the stories held by the streets we walk every day, we hope you’ll take a few minutes to read.

Final Destination: "Flower Power" at the intersection of art and public health

Healing Arts Reimagined was honored to collaborate with Casita Cultura Latina to shape the future of Worcester’s Día de los Muertos celebrations.

In a time when public gatherings can feel uncertain for many in our communities, our collective work created space to dream together—centering safety, joy, and cultural pride. Together, we uplifted our shared histories and explored what it means to gather in ways that feel secure, welcoming, and true to our traditions.

Rooted in collective care and radical imagination, this project invited elders, youth, and community members of all ages and backgrounds to co-create a vision of celebration that honors our past, protects our present, and inspires our future.
